Let us make it right
If your boots, pack or jacket is not working for you, bring it by the shop or get in touch and we will talk it through together.
If a rental does not fit or suit your trip, tell us as soon as you can and we will help sort it out.
Gear care
Looking after your gear
- Dry your boots at room temperature, away from direct heat
- Empty and air out your pack after every trip
- Rinse mud off your rain jacket and hang it to dry
